Job Title: Grounds Crew Member
Location: John Blumberg Golf Course,
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Reports To: Golf Course Superintendent

Position Overview:
Seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to join our Grounds Crew. As a member of our team, you'll help maintain the beauty and playability of our course, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. This is an excellent opportunity to work outdoors, develop skills in turf and landscape management, and be part of a dedicated maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily mowing of greens, tees, fairways, and roughs
Bunker raking and sand maintenance
Course setup including cup cutting, tee marker placement, and signage
Landscape maintenance including trimming, edging, and weeding
Operation and basic maintenance of mowing equipment
Assist with irrigation system operation and repairs
Maintain cleanliness and safety of maintenance areas and equipment
Qualifications:

Prior experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or golf course maintenance is preferred but not required
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Valid driver's license
