L'appartement est vraiment bien situé : à 3 minutes à pied du métro De L'Eglise et de la rue Wellington qui est le centre névralgique de Verdun. De plus, un parc immense sur les berges du Saint-Laurent est accessible à 5 minutes à pied. Vous serez en face de l'hôpital de Verdun, pas d'inquiétudes concernant le bruit : l'accueil et les ambulances passent de l'autre côté du bâtiment. La première chambre donne directement sur la rue, c'est la plus grande des trois de l'appartement. Elle est isolée des deux autres ainsi que de la salle de bain. La deuxième chambre donne accès à un petit balcon à l'arrière de l'appartement.
