I bought this bike a few years back for 1200$ It has a new seat, new tires and a phone mount plus rear and front lights. The yellow tape was to prevent people from pulling off my seat or phone mount. It has quick release tires and a bike lock and cord that will come with. I would've kept it but I'm moving soon.
