Hardworking, business mindset male. looking to start working for a new startup landscaping company. I have a leadership mindset and am looking for somebody who is new the running there own landscaping business and wants to hire the right guy.
I have 3 years landscape experience with mowers and trimmers and have 1 year experience with ride on machinery and aeration.
I am always focused on what's best for the company and how to increase profits while still providing quality work.
Ideally I want to eventually have a semi higher-up role and would prefer to be on a commission pay rather then hourly unless the hourly makes sense and adds up to the quality and efficiency of the work I am providing.
If you are a new startup and don't want to waste time hiring people who don't know what there doing or have ZERO common sense then I'm your guy. I will boost your company to the next level and will go out of my way to make you (and obviously me) more money and find more jobs.
