At Shoeless Joe's, we're passionate about great food, legendary service, and creating an atmosphere where sports fans and families alike can come together. We are currently seeking an energetic, driven, and service-focused Front of House Supervisor to join our team in Eastern Ontario.

What You'll Do:
As the Front of House Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You'll lead and support our front-of-house team to maintain high standards in service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Responsibilities include:

Supervising daily front-of-house operations, including bar, host, and dining areas
Supporting and training staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards
Handling guest concerns with professionalism and poise
Assisting with scheduling, inventory, and ordering
Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
Promoting a positive and team-oriented work environment

What We're Looking For:
1–2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive under pressure and multi-task during busy shifts
Smart Serve certified (or willingness to obtain)
Passion for sports and hospitality is a big plus!
