- Late Checkout: Must be approved. Staying past 11 AM without approval incurs a full-night charge.
- ❌ Respect Required: Rude or disrespectful behavior toward staff may result in reservation termination.
- ⚠️ Violations: Smoking, pets, noise complaints, or trash violations may result in fines up to $500 and reservation termination.
