Are you an experienced and dependable carpenter ready to take the lead on commercial job sites? We're seeking a Carpenter Foreman to join our team for ongoing and upcoming projects involving pre-engineered steel buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate crews on commercial construction sites
• Oversee and work hands-on with concrete forming, framing, drywall, and steel building assembly
• Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and up to code
• Operate a variety of equipment, including scissor lifts and skid steer
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
• Maintain job site organization and communicate progress with project managers

Requirements:
• Proven experience in commercial construction, especially pre-engineered steel buildings
• Skilled in concrete forming, framing, and drywall installation
• Ability to operate scissor lifts and other aerial work platforms
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and meet the physical demands of the job
