New house with two spacious new kitchens which are shared. The full kitchens are with stone countertops, modern stainless cooktop and hood fans. 8. Keep clean in room; clean common area after use
9. Garbage recycling
10. Other house rules, e.g. house safety rules, no open flame etc.
