• Available: July 1, flexible from June 21.
• Location: St. Clair Ave E & Warden Ave, just a 5-minute walk to Warden Station and a 20-minute bus ride to Centennial College
• Rent: $650/month (first and last month required)
• Utilities: All included (water, electricity, internet)
• Minimum lease: 4 months
* No pets allowed (sorry)

About the Room and Apartment:
• Spacious room measuring 160 ft² (20ft x 8ft), bright and fully furnished (as shown in the photos, except for the dresser).
• High basement ceilings (7 ft) with a separate kitchen and great natural light
• You will be sharing the basement with one roommate, a respectful and quiet Colombian professional who works outside most of the day
