– The house has a garage, cold cellar, and linen closet, so there's lots of storage space
– Shared upstairs bathroom with 2 others additional main floor half bath
– 7 minute bus ride or 30 minute walk to the university
– ~1 minute walk to bus routes 99, 1, 2
