Hi, I'm Stephanie, a practicum counsellor currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. I offer compassionate, low-cost counselling sessions ($35/50 mins) as part of my clinical training, with supervision from experienced professionals.

I work with youth (10 ), teens, and adults navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, life transitions, parenting challenges, identity shifts, and relationship struggles. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in Narrative, Mindfulness-Based, and Emotion-Focused Therapies.

In-person sessions available in Vancouver on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (8am–3pm), or virtually Tuesday and Wednesday evenings (6–9pm).
