We are currently recruiting qualified Support Workers to provide care and support to an adult male and female with cognitive/developmental disabilities. The qualified candidate will have direct experience supporting an individual with complex needs and confident providing positive behavioral/mental support strategies. The candidate will help the client explore the community based on personal interests, such as walking in nature, playing sports, fishing, movies, music or simply go with you and help with household chores.
The ideal candidate will be available on a part-time basis (i.e. weekdays from 4pm to 8pm). A valid driver's licence and vehicle with appropriate insurance are also required. The rate is $25 per hour and paid on the first of each month. A criminal record check is also required.
We are also looking for full time workers at the same rate!!
