We are a group of students (3M 1F), looking for another roommate of any gender in the age range of 19-24. We are a fairly quiet but friendly group. The available room is on the main floor of the house. A bedframe and mattress may be required, we are looking for a long-term tenant. Willing to help with the move-in process.
Large bedrooms with sizeable closets, on-site laundry, dishwasher in kitchen. Large finished basement with bar. Plenty of storage spaces in kitchen, and a four burner stove. Two bathrooms each with showers.
