- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and outdoor spaces

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Building Maintenance Worker or similar role
- Knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Canada
