We have free beef that we bought last year from a free range cattle farm. It is thoroughly wrapped and sealed and has been frozen since purchased. We just had some this week and it still has all its flavour and texture. Our new shipment arrived, and we need to clear out our freezer.


We have 8 bags containing:


9 packages of lean ground beef ( 1 lb each), and
1 package of another cut of beef.
