Purchased new and is in new like condition. Has a full pop out kitchen inside and an outdoor kitchen as well. Sleeps 4. The main bedroom has plenty of storage space and a queen sized bed. There is a wardrobe and plenty of other storage inside the large three-piece bathroom. The TV cabinet has a swivel function, so you can watch TV in the dining area or in the bedroom as well. The TV can be used outside with its own stand. There is a DVD player and radio in the TV cabinet; the music can be set to play inside or outside or both at once. There is a power awning and pop out. Comes with an outdoor BBQ with a stand and two chairs. The dining table from inside can be used outside if you want. There are 2 30lb propane tanks with a cover on the front of the trailer. It has a bike rack out the back to hold four bikes and a spare tire with cover. Comes with a Anti-sway trailer hitch, torsion bars, trailer leveler, travel mirrors, 4 wheel chucks, 4 levelling pads, 3 wheel covers and an outdoor rack to attach to the trailer for a BBQ. The inside kitchen has a 3 burner stove with an oven, a microwave and a large fridge with separate freezer. The inside fridge with freezer works off of hydro or propane. The outdoor kitchen fridge freezer combination works only on hydro. The outside kitchen has a 2 burner gas stove and gas hookups for stove and bbq to use at the same time. There are 2 water line hoses and 2 sewer hook up hoses in the front outdoor storage area and a power cord with adaptor. There are two MAX fans inside; 1 in the bathroom and 1 in the bedroom. There is a 22,000 BTU furnace and a 15,000 air conditioning unit over the dining/kitchen area. The 6 gallon hot water heater works on propane only.
