Position: Junior Blow Molding Set-Up Technician
• Location: Scarborough
• Type: Full Time
• Experience: We are looking for a junior-level candidate with hands-on experience in mold setup, tooling, and general mechanical work. Familiarity with blow molding machines and related equipment is required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and start up blow/injection molding machines according to production specifications.
• Install molds and related tooling; ensure proper alignment and fit.
• Adjust machine settings for temperature, speed, pressure, and timing.
• Monitor production runs for quality and make real-time adjustments as needed.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Assist with mold changes, clean-up, and line changeovers.
• Document machine settings, maintenance logs, and production reports.
• Work closely with quality control to meet product standards.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
Requirements:
• Experience with machine setup and maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read production documentation.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible shifts as needed.

The ideal candidate is reliable, mechanically inclined, and capable of performing setups and changeovers with minimal supervision. Experience working with fittings and understanding production processes is important


It is Monday to Friday 730am-330pm pay rate depending on experience and qualifications.
