Job Opportunity: Live-in Superintendent – 32-Unit Residential Building

Location: 122 Lakeshore Road East, Mississauga (Port Credit, near the lake )

We are seeking a responsible live-in superintendent to manage and maintain a 32-unit residential building located in the vibrant South End of Mississauga near Port Credit and Lakeshore.

Responsibilities:
• Daily cleaning and maintenance of common areas and grounds
-Coordinating with contractors for larger repairs
• Managing garbage/recycling collection
• Responding promptly to tenant service requests and emergencies
• Unit turnovers and inspections
• General property oversight and reporting to the owners

Requirements:
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to live on-site and be on-call for emergencies

Compensation:
• Rent-free unit included Two bedroom apartment
• Competitive salary based on experience
