You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom in a clean and finished basement along
with a furnished bed, desk and dresser. You will also have shared access to upstairs living room, kitchen, table, fridge, microwave, stove, dishes, cupboard space and other amenities like toaster, blender, etc.

In the shared laundry room upstairs is a washer and dryer. Outside is a beautiful deck and garden that you can use as well.

Plenty of parking available in front.

only two blocks away, parks with lakes, frisbee golf, golf, fishing, basketball, baseball, and more. There is also Tim Horton's Subway, pharmacy and other stores only

Conditions:

Absolutely no smoking, vaping, drugs, marijuana, parties, or animals.

House must be kept clean and maintained inside and outside properly at all times.

6 month lease followed by ‘month by month' with rent at $800 per month DD. This includes all
heating, utilities, and internet.

Must be working or attending school full-time, be relatively clean and quiet and provide
references.

Viewings of the place will be arranged with individuals looking to rent (not for someone to view
on their behalf).
