One clean, private, furnished bedroom in a centrally-located two bedroom apartment -- shared with one other mature adult woman (me!) This is a lovely, clean, quiet, well-managed building. It is easy walking distance to shopping at Superstore and the major bus routes on Ryan Road. Pretty close to Lewis Centre. A bit farther to downtown Courtenay one way, uphill to NIC, the aquatic centre and the hospital the other way. (15-20 minute walk.) The room is furnished with a single bed - so, it's suitable for one person (sorry, no couples) & is set-up for students. This is a sobre home - so please, no partiers. I'm sorry, but no pets are permitted ... (Well actually, pets ARE permitted in the building but only one per apartment and there's a pet here already - a small and cute bird!) Reasonable and respectful use of basic utilities is included in the rent ie. heat/light, wifi. If you're wondering what "reasonable and respectful" means, please ask. A full month's rent plus the standard fully-refundable 50% security/damage deposit will be required to secure this accommodation. Application Process - Since this a close-quarters shared accommodation situation, a "good fit" is vital. Me - I am a stargazing, cello playing grandma.
