We're Hiring: Experienced Dispatcher – Cross-Border Freight (LTL & FTL)
Location: Etobicoke, ON | Full-Time Position

we don't just move freight — we move businesses forward. As we continue to scale and dominate new lanes, we're looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our operations team and help drive the next phase of our growth.

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of dispatch experience in North American trucking
Strong background in LTL & Full Truckload operations
Solid, existing relationships with freight brokers
Deep knowledge of cross-border shipments (Canada–USA)
Organized, proactive, and thrives under pressure

Your Role Will Include:
Planning and dispatching efficient truck routes across North America
Managing driver schedules and performance
Negotiating rates and lanes with brokers
Solving problems before they become problems
Communicating clearly with drivers, brokers, and customers
