Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual for a part-time evening position in cleaning and basic property maintenance. Looking for someone in the area.

This role involves keeping facilities clean and adhere to garbage collection schedule (put out the bins and remove the bins once garbage has been picked up)

Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning of common areas, laundromat, garbage area, outdoor space
Take out trash and recycling
Can possibly also do grass maintenance and snow removal if required (supplies and equipment can be provided)
Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and checking for building issues if required
Report any damage, safety hazards, or maintenance needs
Follow cleaning schedules
