We are seeking a dedicated and skilled roofer to join our team. The ideal candidates will be involved in various roofing, and construction/ maintenance tasks, contributing to the successful completion of projects. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to safety on the job site. For this position you must have your Fall Arrest.

Duties:
Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required on job sites.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks.
Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to ensure project efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

Skills :
Basic maintenance person skills with experience in roofing preferred.
Capable of performing heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) safely.
Experience with heights.
Familiarity with hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and levels.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions precisely.
