Hi, I am looking for a female roommate to occupy one of the bedrooms in a townhouse in Tuscany, NW on month to month basis. The room will be available from 15th June, 2025.
I am a woman in my 40's and live alone with a small dog so you will be enjoying the love of a pet without any responsibility. You will be sharing the 1.5 washrooms, kitchen, living, and dining room with me and my father.
My elderly father, in his late 70's also stays with me but also goes to my sibling's place every now and then. I am a friendly, non-smoker, quiet person. Loves to keep the house clean, tidy, and organized.
I am looking for a roommate who is also a woman (working/student), a responsible person, non-smoker, loves to stay far from drugs, is clean, organized, respectful, loves dogs, and is quiet.
Rent for the room is 775$ per month which also includes the utilities (electricity, water, heat, internet) and 775$ damage deposit (which will be returned if you pay your rent regularly and are careful not to damage anything in the house).

Housekeeping will be shared between all of us. You will have to pay $50 per month If you are not able to help with the housekeeping (cleaning the shared space, garbage disposal, and maintaining everything clean and tidy). Keeping the house clean is A MUST!

Other facilities: Street parking. Buses 74, 174, 26 and Tuscany market are at just a 5 min walking distance. Tuscany station is at 20 min walking distance.
Restrictions: No partying please, no loud music, and no outside people will be allowed in the house. NO DRUGS and NO SMOKING. You should NOT BE ALCOHOLIC.
