Responsibilities:
● Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding and patching holes or cracks.
● Apply paint or other nishes, to indoor and outdoor projects, using brushes, rollers, or
sprayers.
● Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
● Use tape, drop cloths and plastic to protect surrounding areas from paint.
● Follow safety guidelines and wearing PPE when necessary
● Move ladders, paint cans and other painting equipment
● Clean and maintain equipment and work areas
● Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time

Desired Qualications:
● Must have a cell phone.
● Access to reliable transportation to and from various job site locations.
● Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
● Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
● Physical stamina and agility to endure extended periods of standing, lifting and working at
heights.
● Attention to detail driven by a commitment to delivering high-quality results for the
customer.
● Punctual, driven, with excellent time management skills.
● Previous painting experience is advantageous, but not mandatory
