Food Preparation & Cooking
• Prepare meats, sides, sauces, and other menu items according to recipes and standards
• Operate grills, smokers, fryers, and other cooking equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor food quality and portion control
• Customer Service
• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer questions about menu items and offer recommendations
• Handle customer complaints or feedback appropriately
• Cleanliness & Safety
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, including prep stations, grills, and utensils
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
