Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients in a professional, empathetic manner.
• Phone etiquette
• Data entry
• Supports Legal team with necessary tasks
• Adhere to privacy regulations
• Computer proficient

Required Skills and Attributes: • Fast learner - ability to quickly understand procedures, terminology, and systems. • Excellent organizational skills - must manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records. • Fluent in English and Spanish • Strong verbal and written communication. • Comfortable using office software and database systems.
• No experience necessary but an asset, training will be provided.
