Note 1: The couch and loveseat are four years old from Ashley Home Store. This set is in pretty good condition (lightly used). The material is cloth and the colour is called Slate.
Note 2: The bed is ten years old from Sleep Country. It is in fair to good condition (no stains, no lumps, no sagging). The box spring has some minor wear and tear. The frame is in great shape.
