Matic Logistic Solutions Inc. is looking for a dependable and professional AZ-licensed truck driver to join our team as an independent contractor. This role is ideal for drivers who want consistent work, flexible operations, and to be home the same day.

Position Overview:
• Independent Contractor (Self-Employed / 1099 equivalent in Canada)
• Pay-per-load model (rate varies based on route and market conditions)
• Local & regional cross-border loads (Windsor to U.S. & return)
• No overnight stays – home daily
• Steady year-round freight
• Professional dispatch and operational support

Requirements:
• Valid AZ license
• FAST card required
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience
• Clean abstract & CVOR
• Must be based in or able to report to Windsor, ON daily
• Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism
