* Prepare and cook vibrant Indian street food dishes with authenticity and consistency
* Help build a strong kitchen culture from day one
* Collaborate on menu execution and presentation
* Maintain high standards for cleanliness, prep, and food safety

* Bring creativity, hustle, and attention to detail to every shift

Ideal Candidates:

* Experience in Indian cuisine (especially street food) is a strong asset
* Previous experience in commercial kitchens required (Cook/kitchen helper)
* Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills
* Commitment to quality, speed, and cleanliness
* Food Handler's Certification (or ability to obtain)
