With over 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Unique Stays is a company that offers short-term rental accommodations to all types of travelers. We are currently seeking a concierge to join our dynamic team.

CONCIERGE ROLE
- Perform housekeeping tasks for buildings, grounds, terraces, and common areas
- Clean office spaces and office bathrooms
- Take out garbage and recycling for each building
- Carry out any other tasks related to the maintenance of our properties

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Significant experience in a similar role
- Energetic and proactive attitude
- Excellent organization and priority management
- Ability to lift heavy items
- Reliability
- Driver's license (an asset)

AVAILABILITY REQUIRED
- 20 hours/week
- 4 days/week, including 3 weekdays and 1 weekend day

SALARY: $19/hour

LANGUAGES: French and/or English
