Support Staff:

Position Overview
As a part-time support staff member at Rouge, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
Ensure water glasses are filled and refreshed throughout the meal.
Polish cutlery and glassware to maintain cleanliness and presentation.
Food Running: Assist in delivering food from the kitchen to guests, ensuring timely and accurate service.

Team Support: Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth restaurant operations.

What We're Looking For
Positive Attitude: A friendly and approachable demeanor.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to acquire new skills and grow within the role.
Reliability: Punctuality and a strong work ethic.

Server:
Experience: Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
Wine Knowledge: An understanding of wine and beverage service is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Shift starts at 3:00pm or 5:00pm, will differ for event shifts.
