This room is one of three bedrooms in a spacious house located in the Banff Trail community. It is 6 minutes away from the Ctrain station and a few minutes away from the bus stops. It is close to the UofC, Brentwood, and downtown, making many amenities accessible.
The room is bright and fully furnished with a twin bed and mattress, desk and chair, drawer, night lamp, and a wall closet.
The kitchen has all appliances that have been recently replaced.
There is one shared bathroom in the house.
The price includes wifi. Utilities are not included. You will pay 20% of the utilities.
The room is available immediately.
Only women are accepted.
Being clean and quiet is important for us. It would help if you were a professional or a graduate student.
The lease contract will be fixed until August 31st with the possibility of extension.
