Requirement:
- Flexibility with business hours from 9am to 4pm on weekends.
- Brunch restaurant working experience preferred.
- Cold pantry experience required.

Basic Cooking Skills: Ability to prepare various dishes and food items. 

Knowledge of Recipes and Standards: Familiarity with recipes, portion sizes, and presentation techniques. 

Food Handling and Sanitation: Understanding of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures. 

Workmanship: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail. 

Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work effectively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house staff. 

Basic Math Skills: Ability to use basic math calculations for portioning and ingredient preparation.
