The Good: Reliable 4x4, great for Alberta winters and varied terrain. Spacious SUV utility for hauling and adventures. Recent maintenance includes ~$2000 spent on new pulleys, belts, and suspension tuning (Carfax). Regular 5,000 km oil changes. An affordable way to own a 4x4 SUV while avoiding high car payments.
The Not-So-Good (Being Honest!): Visible rust (it's embraced the Alberta lifestyle!). Some minor cosmetic damage, including a cracked side mirror and a missing passenger-side reflector. The front-end differential has a minor "weeping" issue (marking its territory).
Selling because I'm in need of more utility (pickup truck) but this Patriot is still my daily driver. If you value practicality, 4x4 capability, and a vehicle with character at a budget-friendly price, this could be for you!
