This Beetle was purchased by my Father in Law new in 1971. It was completely restored in 1991.
The car has been in storage since 2004. It will need a complete restoration or simply buy a new gas tank, tune up and drive as is. We always had sentimental feelings to restore it. Finally decided to pass it on. The car needs a lot of work to be road worthy, tires are 25 years old but still hold air. We didn't know where to price it so thought we would start at $4500 and see where it goes. Video can here it running.
