I have an old style Dining room chairs that is in great shape and is solid oak wood. That has been with my family over 26 years and if you like this old traditional style than it is great for you. I am the second owner of these chairs so I know the family before who bought it here from the Italian furniture store. It is very strong wood chairs. (My wife attempted to paint them and she made a mistake in the use of lacquor on them and so now they have to be sanded to get the paint off. I do not have time and patience for her mistake.) Selling it as my wife is renovating the home and wants something different for the dining area.
