We are selling our white 2012 Honda Civic LX, 4-door, white exterior and grey cloth interior. The car has a few small things to consider as a full disclosure and will be sold as-is, but has always been dealer maintained for any major work. We just bought a new crossover so we don't need this anymore.

Dealer Maintained.
New winter tires in fall of 2024.
Summers have decent tread but are getting older.
Key occasionally gets a little sticky.
Sometimes when the heat is on and the interior fan is cranked, the fan is louder than it probably should be.
Would need a windshield for safety, unsure if anything else.
Rear muffler was replaced but the original clamp was rusty so we had to use extra clamp and some sealant on the flange (just looks janky underneath).
Some small rust spots on wheel wheel edge and rocker panels starting.
LED low-beams recently installed.
