QUANSET HUT - 30 FT x 50 FT. All galvanized Steel in great shape. Includes front wall, back wall, 14'x14' garage door and man door. Does not have bottom rail but that is easily acquired. Replacement cost approx. $20/sq. ft. x 1500 sq. ft. = $30,000 for structure alone, maybe more depending on the slimeball steel building sales agent grabs you. Purchased locally a few years ago and planned to install but zoning was approved for different venture on the subject land and this structure is no longer in the plan.
We just want to recoup our cost and with the increases in steel, this is a more than fair deal. Caution to anyone looking for a building, it took a while to figure it out but this con game rivals assclown JT. We have sources to acquire a BCIN that will stamp for install.
