This trailer has had one owner (us) and has been kept in immaculate condition. Was purchased it new in 2016, and used 2 or 3 times a summer since then. In total, it takes about 10 minutes to fully open and set up the trailer, and about the same amount of time to fold it down.
The stove, furnace, hot water heater, sink, and shower were tested, then never used (we cook over the fire, and camp at places that have showers) and have been stored/winterized properly each year. The trailer is stored covered during the winter months.
The vinyl bed ends and sides are in perfect condition, with no tears or punctures, and do not leak.
The interior is in pristine condition, with no damage to the floors, roof, or countertops.
