• Professionally designed with exposed brick, 10' ceilings, and big windows
• All offices include natural light, comfortable furnishings, and a welcoming vibe
• Spacious waiting area for your clients
• Private bathroom and one office with a kitchenette
• Secure 2nd-floor unit (note: not accessible; 1 flight of stairs)
• Quiet and private – we occupy the entire top floor with just one other tenant in the building

Rental Options
• Full-time (7 days/week): $2175/month
• Part-time (1 day/week): $550/month per day
• 1-year lease required

All rentals include:
• High-speed Wi-Fi
• Utilities
• Access to shared spaces
(Practitioners must carry independent professional liability insurance with commercial general liability coverage)
