Disclaimer: Minimum rent for 6 month. This room is only intended be rented to one person. Large room in the basement provided with tables, chair, bed and a closet for clothes. For the first month we are doing first and last payment. There an individual renting a different room in the basement, one male and one female. If you cook, then the price of rent will be $850 per month. Washing machine is provided in the basement at another room. If you move in during the middle of the month, you will simply pay amount that of current rent divided by days in the month and times the remaining amount of days before the month ends
