OPPORTUNITY: Seeking Experienced Property Manager for BnB

I'm looking for a dedicated, business-minded woman with property management experience to run my BnB full-time. This is a live-in position for the right candidate.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Previous BnB or hospitality management experience
- Strong business acumen and customer service skills
- Business degree preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, Airbnb platform, and other property management software
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities
- Comfortable living on-site and managing day-to-day operations
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented

ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
- 17 rooms across 4 separate units
- Each unit has its own kitchen
- Currently 2 rooms available for immediate rental
- 6 rooms becoming available in September
- Remaining rooms have long-term tenants (evaluation of these arrangements will be part of your responsibilities)

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Guest communications and booking management
- Ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Coordinating cleaning and maintenance
- Managing inventory and supplies
- Marketing and maintaining online listings
- Evaluating current tenant arrangements to optimize business potential

COMPENSATION:
- Commission-based salary structure that rewards increasing occupancy and revenue
- Percentage partnership opportunity for the right candidate
