Job Overview:
Cult Staffing is looking for Full-Time/Part-Time Owner-Operator Parcel Delivery Drivers with a valid G license and their own vehicle. This opportunity is ideal for mature, responsible individuals who are ready to start immediately and are looking for consistent delivery work across the GTA.
This position is best suited for drivers with a valid work permit, international students on a scheduled break/drop semester, or those with open 24-hour availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver parcels efficiently in designated zones
Maintain accurate delivery records and meet delivery timelines
Communicate with dispatch and follow routing instructions
Handle all packages safely and with care
Represent the company with professionalism and reliability

Service Areas Include:

Mississauga Brampton Etobicoke North York Toronto Scarborough Markham Surrounding GTA areas

Requirements:

Valid G Class Ontario Driver's License
Clean driving abstract
Access to a reliable sedan, SUV, or cargo van
Must be an owner-operator (responsible for your own fuel, vehicle maintenance, and tickets)
Mature, responsible, and reliable candidates only
Work permit holders and students on academic break
Must be able to start immediately
Delivery experience is an asset, but not mandatory

Compensation:
Pay Rate: Based on experience and vehicle type Volume-based pay structure (details discussed in interview)
