Queen bed, large dresser, desk with hutch and shelving unit. There is a private ensuite with shower. A sitting room with TV, outside the bedroom, which is also the workout space (bike, elliptical, machine weights and dumbbells) – would be available for you to use. Outside the sliding glass door there is a table with chairs, and lounge chairs for your use.

The kitchen and laundry are one floor up and shared with the homeowner, a female retired teacher. The lower part of the fridge would be yours – one side is a fridge, the other a freezer. There is also available pantry and storage space.

Parking on the driveway is available. Niagara College Welland is 4.5 km. Brock University is 15 km.

Utilities and the high speed internet are included.

I am looking for someone who is quiet and a complete non-smoker, who would enjoy living in a home where there is interaction with another – this is not a distinct unit, but would be more of a family type atmosphere. Ideally, you are a long-term tenant, over 25yrs old.

My two adult sons visit very occasionally, for one night.
