Job Title: Warehouse General Cleaner
Location: Whitby, ON (Collin Rd & Garrard Rd)
Job Type: Part-Time (20 to 30 hours/week to start)
Availability: 7 Days a Week
Shift Duration: 10.5 Hours
Compensation: $17.20 per hour
Positions Available: 2 (1 Daytime Shift, 1 Overnight Shift)

Job Description:
We are currently hiring two Warehouse General Cleaners—one for a daytime shift and one for an overnight shift—to help maintain the cleanliness and organization of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in keeping workspaces clean, safe, and functional.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust warehouse floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and office areas.
• Empty and replace garbage and recycling bins.
• Pick up and dispose of large pieces of cardboard throughout the warehouse.
• Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely.
• Work under pressure during peak times to meet cleanliness standards.
• Follow instructions and work under supervision always.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures.

Shift Options:
• Day Shift: 10.5 hours
• Overnight Shift: 10.5 hours

Requirements:
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Physically fit and able to lift, bend, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
• Comfortable working independently and under supervision.
• Able to handle time-sensitive cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Previous warehouse or industrial cleaning experience is an asset but not required.

Training Provided Upon Hiring:
• WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System)
• Health and Safety Ontario Certification

Compensation: $17.20 per hour
