I am retired, looking for something reasonable. I am quiet guy, clean, don't smoke, don't do drugs or drink, no pets.
I do not have a car so I do not need parking.

Oshawa definitely preferred: from Whitby boundary to Bowmanville boundary.
Close to a bus stop is great, or at least within 2 blocks if possible.

I have my own furniture, so I prefer unfurnished . Otherwise I have to put my furniture in storage, which is co$tly.

I have lived in same house with landlords for 6 years but they are selling and need vacant possession option.
References, ID, first last are not a problem.
