I need someone to clean the common areas of 2 low-rise apartment buildings in the Bathurst Street and Wilson Avenue neighbourhood of North York.
Simple sweep, mop, take out the garbage, etc.
I have all the supplies.
I pay $17. 80/hr. CASH as soon as the job is done. This is 4 hours once a week, permanent part-time. I'm a Realtor and property manager so there's definite potential to make more money in the future if things work out.
