I have a room for rent in Springbrook available June 1st. It's on the second floor. There is an old dresser, but otherwise it's unfurnished. I have a washer and dryer in the basement, and have a dishwasher as well. Rent includes all utilities, including internet. There is an ethernet cable that comes out of the closet available in the room. I'm quiet and keep to myself mostly. No pets currently, I wouldn't mind any pets. Currently dogs are limited by the bylaws to 14" at the shoulder.

There is a yard, but currently my dad is using is for growing potatoes, but the front of the place is next to a big field as well as the condo lawn that's taken care of by the corporation. The basement isn't used much, and you can use it for storage if needed. There is also a small window AC unit you can use in the room.
