We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. This role involves installing interlocking pavers for patios, driveways, walkways, and other outdoor spaces. Job Responsibilities:

Install interlocking pavers, patios, walkways, driveways, and retaining walls
Prepare job sites including excavation, grading, and base preparation
Read and interpret blueprints or design layouts
Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and efficiently
Ensure quality control and proper alignment, grading, and drainage
Work closely with team members and site supervisors to complete projects on time
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in interlock installation or related landscaping/hardscaping work
Strong understanding of installation techniques, base preparation, and drainage solutions
Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation to job sites
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience operating skid steers or mini excavators
Valid driver's license
ICPI certification is an asset, but not required

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 50 per week
